Post Workout Recovery Takes Hardgainers From Skinny to Muscular!
'Taking it like a man' goes a little far with all those guys in the gym grunting and groaning during their working out. They are lifting heavy weight and their workout gurus are shouting more, more, more as well as slogans most of us don't understand! As I stand back and watch many of them work this hard every time I am the gym, I think back to my days of the non-understanding of muscle growth. I do not spend my time obsessed without working out or taking all my time, but I still got those big muscles through my post workout recovery regime! All because I overcame that little knowledge gap!
My time at the gym is limited and it is because after reading one of my old college text books, I learned how muscles actually grow! And, also that my skinny body could grow muscles, while getting rid of my extra around the middle! Not only did I gain strong lean muscles, but also with definition and here's why!
It is simple, all the post workout recovery means is that your muscles need a little time to catch up and recuperate after an intense workout. Remember that your muscles respond to lifting those heavy weights by making tiny little tears in the fibers that make up the muscle. The body then sends special mixtures of nutrients and energy to heal these tears, making the muscle bigger and stronger! But, it takes this resting period for this to work correctly!
So, while all those other guys are grunting their guts out and partaking of all those expensive supplements, I am resting, enjoying my new ripped body! I go to bed on time every night and hit the a couple times a week and no one believes me that resting actually sparked my muscle growth!
